We’ll focus on gently opening the chest and shoulders, improving posture, and releasing tightness through the neck, upper back, hips, and spine; areas that often hold stress from desk work, driving, caregiving, and the demands of everyday life.

Yin Yoga targets the body’s connective tissue; including fascia, ligaments, tendons, and joints—helping improve mobility, flexibility, circulation, and overall joint health while encouraging deep relaxation and mindful awareness.

Brielle will be guiding you through a slow, candlelit restorative yoga practice while ReAnna of Bare Roots elevates your experience with luxurious, hands on care using Eminence Organics. Think; warm essential oil face towels, soothing hand massages, a leave on masque application and gentle mists.

To complete your experience, we'll be offering a mini skin consult at the end of class, along with personalized Eminence samples for you to take home, tailored specifically to your skin type.

This 60-minute restorative yin practice is an intentional pause - an invitation to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself at the end of the day.

Through long-held, supported postures, your body is guided into deep release, helping to unwind tension stored in the muscles and facia while cultivating stillness and presence. The practice is enhanced with the gently use of essential oils and incense, creating a sensory experience that calms the mind and nourishes the nervous system. Each element is chosen to support relaxation and restoration, encouraging you to let go of the day's weight and ease into a state of balance.

This class is slow, meditative, and grounding - ideal for anyone looking to decompress before bed, improve sleep, and return home to themselves.

In this slow, gentle flow, we move with intention - pausing to hold poses that invite opening, warmth, and ease throughout the body. Soothing music and soft aromatherapy fill the space, creating an atmosphere that encourages deep presence, release and connection. 

This class offers a calm and supportive way to quiet the mind, reconnect with your breath, and find balance within. Reminding ourselves that soft can be strong. The perfect slow down and grounding to start your week.
