Through soulful movement, grounding stillness, and embodied presence, this practice guides you back to the body’s wisdom. We unravel tension, release stagnation, and return to vitality.

By attuning to the wild within, you reconnect with the part of you that knows when to rise, when to root, when to move, and when to rest.

We close with deeply nourishing hands-on bodywork using wildcrafted oils and mists—supporting full integration and softening.

Warm Yin Yoga with Brittany

Slow down and unwind with Yin Yoga — a deeply grounding practice designed to stretch and nourish the body’s connective tissues while calming the mind. This practice invites balance between effort and ease, activity and stillness.

In Yin Yoga, poses are held for 2 to 7 minutes, allowing for deep release and gentle opening through the hips, spine, and shoulders. This mindful stillness helps to increase flexibility, improve joint mobility, and support emotional release by working with the body’s energy meridians.

This class is perfect for those who want to:

Balance a more active or high-energy routine
- Increase flexibility + mobility
- Keep joints healthy and resilient
- Improve posture + body awareness
- Release stored tension, emotions, or trauma
- Enjoy a deep, meditative stretch

Join Brittany Tuesday evenings for an hour of stillness, stretch, and self-care. Aromatherapy will be incorporated into the class.

Take a break from the busyness of your day and reconnect with your body in this 30-minute Midday Flow — the perfect reset between morning and afternoon.

Our days are often filled with endless tasks, meetings, and responsibilities that keep us seated and disconnected from our physical selves. This class offers a moment to step away from your desk, breathe deeply, and move mindfully — giving your body the chance to stretch, strengthen, and reset.

Through gentle, flowing movement and intentional breath, Brittany will guide you through postures designed to increase circulation, release tension, and awaken your energy so you can return to your day feeling refreshed, grounded, and focused.

This class is perfect for those who want to:
- Release stiffness from sitting or working
- Boost energy + focus for the rest of the day
- Honour and reconnect with their body
- Take a mindful pause in the middle of a busy schedule
- Feel balanced, stretched, and recharged

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. All levels welcome - please know that this class involves getting up and down off your mat frequently, so those with limited mobility may find this class challenging.

Gentle Slow Flow Yoga taught by Brie Blaise is a nourishing, grounding practice designed to welcome all bodies and experience levels. 

In this slow, gentle flow, we move with intention - pausing to hold poses that invite opening, warmth, and ease throughout the body. Soothing music and soft aromatherapy fill the space, creating an atmosphere that encourages deep presence, release and connection. 

This class offers a calm and supportive way to quiet the mind, reconnect with your breath, and find balance within. Reminding ourselves that soft can be strong. The perfect slow down and grounding to start your week.

Gentle Slow Flow Yoga with Brie

This 60-minute restorative yin practice is an intentional pause - an invitation to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself at the end of the day.

Through long-held, supported postures, your body is guided into deep release, helping to unwind tension stored in the muscles and facia while cultivating stillness and presence. The practice is enhanced with the gently use of essential oils and incense, creating a sensory experience that calms the mind and nourishes the nervous system. Each element is chosen to support relaxation and restoration, encouraging you to let go of the day's weight and ease into a state of balance.

This class is slow, meditative, and grounding - ideal for anyone looking to decompress before bed, improve sleep, and return home to themselves.

Nourish: A Journey of Coming Home

This 60-minute class is designed to help you move, breathe and unwind. The first half of class offers a steady, flowing sequence to build strength, warmth and focus through mindful movement. In the second half, we slow things down with longer-held, supportive poses that encourage deep relaxation and release. Expect a balanced class that helps you let go of the day, reconnect with your body and leave feeling grounded, calm and restored.

This energizing morning yoga class wakes up your body and mind with dynamic flows, breathwork (pranayama) and stretches to boost circulation, improve focus, and set a positive tone, using poses like Sun Salutations, planks, and twists to build gentle heat, release stiffness, and cultivate vitality for the day ahead, leaving you feeling grounded, alert, and ready to go.
