For any client with hair above the collarbone, I offer a complete head of foils using a specialized lightener to achieve the desired results. If toning is necessary, there is an additional fee of $30. An extra haircut can be added for $30, and a blowout is included in the service. additional charges required if hair density exceeds original pricing. This will be discussed in consultation.
