Restorative Yoga provides us the opportunity to slow down and develop a greater sense of balance and health. With the use of the floor, wall, and props such as, bolsters, blankets and blocks, you will begin the practice of surrendering into deep relaxation and restoration. Be prepared to shed tension and stress, quiet mental chatter and become unstuck. Take time to reconnect to your inner self and enjoy all the benefits of a calming restorative practice with essential oils. 

You will be led through 60 minutes of restorative postures as you soften into your body. Allow yourself to cultivate a sweet surrender as you release into the deepest layers of your body (joints, connective tissues and ligaments). A perfect way to wind down your day.

Private Yin Yoga

Mindful Moments is a time for us to center ourselves. A time to refill our cup, our heart and our soul in a warm, tranquil and Zen-filled space.

Our lives are filled with so many things that we need to do and then we tend to pack more onto that.  We have our work, school, our family's and friend's needs that are important to us...  There's cleaning, buying groceries and fixing things that need to get done and then add sports and activities on top of that. We find ourselves constantly running in every direction every waking moment of the day. This doesn't just affect us physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

When our world around us is chaotic, our inner self is also in a whirlwind state. We feel maxed out and we aren't able to take the time that we need to just sit, even if its only for 5 minutes, closing our eyes, taking a breath, resting and being grateful.


This is that moment.

Mindful Moments With Nick (Meditation)

For many of us, life is full of many challenges, time lines and stressors.... and it's not any different for teenagers. 

We have added a Mindful Class for teens to come and feel welcome in a calming, warm, and judgement free space. Mindful Moments is about quieting the mind and learning all that we have to be grateful for, starting with ourselves. Our teens are incredibly valuable and this is a quiet space for them. 

Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Bolsters and Blankets are provided. We do have a few extra mats to borrow if needed.

Mindful Moments with Nick (Meditation for teens)

We are now offering our beautiful studio as a rental space for all of life's special events. We have 5 round tables and 30 chairs. We offer Chair covers and table linen to bring an upscale vibe to any event.
