This 60-minute class is designed to help you move, breathe and unwind. The first half of class offers a steady, flowing sequence to build strength, warmth and focus through mindful movement. In the second half, we slow things down with longer-held, supportive poses that encourage deep relaxation and release. Expect a balanced class that helps you let go of the day, reconnect with your body and leave feeling grounded, calm and restored.
